Free Contracts Law Quizzes

As with all chapters in our CP Exam Review Knowledge course, this free course welcomes you with subtopics, keywords, and multiple-choice questions. This free course has three short quizzes based on contracts in the CP Exam Review Knowledge Course.

AchieveVia CP Exam Review Knowledge course follows the 2018 NALA CP Exam structure. We’ve mirrored the NALA CP Knowledge Exam with the same areas of law, same subtopics for each area of law, and same multiple-choice question style. For each subtopic of the 2018 NALA Exam structure, we provide 50 multiple-choice questions for a total of 1,100 questions for the AchieveVia Knowledge course. We want learners to gain confidence by reviewing as many multiple-choice questions as possible.

These free course questions are based on the chapter on contracts from AchieveVia CP Exam Review Knowledge course. The questions cover: 1.) formation, rights, and duties, and 2.) enforcement and defenses.

Each time you answer a question, you receive immediate feedback on whether you answered the question correctly and an explanation of the concept. You receive a quiz score after you complete a quiz. We also track your spot within a quiz or course, even when you leave our site during a quiz and then return. Repeat the quizzes as often as you like to practice and learn!
